INFORMATION FOR STALL HOLDERS

New start time

Please note the new (slightly later) start time on Saturday of 9am (not 8.30am).

Set up

Timings - Set up will be possible on Thursday 19th from 1pm-2pm and then again from 4pm - 6.30pm.  The Church will be locked overnight on Thursday but any stock/items are left at the Church will be done at your own risk.

Set up will also be possible, of course, on the morning of Friday 20th from 7am - 8.30am.  The Fair starts at 9am but we are requesting that Stalls are ready by 8.30am.

If possible, please let us know when you plan to set up.

Loading/Unloading - You will be able to park in the Church car park for unloading and loading purposes on Thursday night and Friday morning. There is a path from the Church car park to the Church, which is a few minutes walk, so if you have a cart for transferring your sales items it would be a good idea to bring it along. We will have one on site as well.

Car parking - We anticipate that you will be able to leave your car in the Church car park for the duration of the Fair on Friday. This will, we hope, be helpful if you plan to store additional stock in your vehicle.

Facilities

Equipment - We will provide one or two tables [?dimensions?] as per your booking.  Should you wish, we can also provide chairs for the people manning your stalls. Otherwise, we ask that you will bring everything else you require to dress and run your stall (such as signage, table cloths, display shelving, hanging rails etc). If you have said that you will bring your own rails or stands - instead of using a table - then these will need to fit in the same area the table would have taken.

Electric sockets - If you have requested access to electricity on your booking form, please us know exactly what you require so that we can plan the location of your stall appropriately. Please note that if you made a request for lighting: our Church has an entirely new interior with excellent lighting, so we don’t think additional lighting should be required.

WiFi – the Church has open access WiFi with a booster to ensure full connection throughout the day.

Food and drinks - We will be running a café all day on Friday so there will be food available to buy should you wish to. Unfortunately that means Stall Holders will not have access to the kitchen, therefore, we ask that you bring food with you.  We will, however, provide complimentary hot and cold drinks throughout the day.

Rubbish - We ask that you take away all of your rubbish with you at the end of the Fair.

Assistance

On both Thursday night and all day Friday we will have dedicated members of our team available to deal with any queries.

Raffle

To raise money for our two chosen charities, we are running a raffle on the day of the Fair. There is, of course, no obligation to do so but if you are willing to donate a prize we would be extremely grateful. Please let us know if you are willing to donate a prize.
